*New* Monthly Workout Challenge

Starting in February we will be posting monthly exercise challenges to our members.  The challenge will be timed exercises or combination of exercises.  We will issue the challenge for the whole month and post the top five times at the end of the month.

For Febraury we will start with a basic but tough exercise.  plank with 45 lb plate on back.   Make sure to have a coach timing you at the gym so the time is legit!  We will post the top 5 times at the end of February.  Good Luck!
